Our apartments are comfortably furnished holiday flats with a kitchen/living room and some with a balcony.

Price information

• Prices do not include local tax
  Visitor's tax per person/day:
  01 November to 30 April: € 3,00 (from 15 years)
  01 May to 31 October: € 2,00 (from 15 years)
• Prices are only valid for normal occupancy - extra charge for each additional person: Summer € 16,50 & Winter € 9,00
• The price includes bed linen and towels.
• Final cleaning € 50,00 per flat (one-time)
• Group prices on request
• If you would like to use our spacious facilities such as group kitchen and restaurant with bar, a one-off rent of € 99.00 is payable plus running costs of € 5.00 per day.
• Free WLAN in the whole house for our guests.
• Final cleaning for dog or cat € 50,00 (one-time) Prices are subject to change.

• When booking, a deposit of 20% of the price is required, or min. € 100.00 per flat for groups.

Cancellation conditions

If something does come up:
up to 21 days before arrival 0% of the total arrangement price;
up to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;

We therefore recommend that guests take out hotel cancellation insurance. Because if something comes up at short notice, e.g. an acute illness (also Covid19), you will not incur any costs for cancellation or early return home, delayed arrival or involuntary holiday extension.

In addition, search and rescue costs are included, so you can hike, ski and spend your holiday with peace of mind..

The insurance costs only 5.7% of the arrangement price. If you would like us to arrange the insurance for you - just send us an email and we will arrange everything for you. For this we need the names and dates of birth of your fellow travellers.

If the Pitztal becomes a high-risk area or there are border closures and entry into Tyrol is not possible, a free cancellation or rebooking is also possible at short notice.

• Check IN at Hotel Gundolf (until 20:00):
  We kindly ask you to check in at the Hotel Gundolf in Tieflehn.
  There you will receive your flat key and also further information regarding your flat, bread service, surroundings...
  You are welcome to move into the flat on the day of arrival from 14:00.

  Check OUT and payment at Hotel Gundolf:
  You are welcome to pay your bill in cash (Euro) or by card (EC, Visa or Mastercard).
  On the day of departure we need the flat by 09:00 at the latest.
